Families seeking an affordable home in Northamptonshire are being invited to visit Orbit First Step’s development of new homes at Trinity Gate Phase 2, in Hardlands Road, Duston, Northampton. An open event is taking place at the site to promote the release of the release of four 4-bedroom houses and two 3-bedroom houses in Phase 2 of the scheme, on Saturday 1 August from 10am to 3pm.
An independent financial advisor will be on hand to provide no-obligation advice and all visitors to the event will have the opportunity to enter a free prize draw to win a £50 shopping voucher.
Built by Bellway Homes, the houses featuring a bathroom with shower; a fitted kitchen with oven, hob and canopy; full gas central heating and allocated parking/gated car park.
The properties are for sale through Orbit First Step’s New Build Home Buy (part buy/part rent) scheme, with the 3-bedroom houses priced at £37,500 and the 4-bedroom properties at £41,250 for a 25 per cent share. A subsidised rent is payable to Orbit First Step on the remaining share.
