More from allpay Limited

This year’s CIH Conference and Exhibition – 16, 17, 18 June – was another great opportunity for allpay’s team of experts to talk to the housing professionals we work alongside to make payments easier within the housing arena.

Once again, we were hearing the need for more efficient, effective, convenient and secure payment solutions, and as a result we had a fantastic response to our new Prepaid Cards service.

Also well received was the news that allpay is now a BACS Approved Bureau and is able to offer a Direct Debits management service – something our customers are telling us is long awaited in a sector where security is top of the agenda yet staffing resources are stretched.

Even more of a recurring theme over the three days was the pressing issue of arrears and the need for housing organisations to reduce them. Talking to the professionals working to tackle this problem on a daily basis, we are more confident than ever that the flexibility and choice offered by the wide range of allpay services are an essential part of any arrears reduction strategy.
