On 2 June Anette Cerabino-Read joined Moat as neighbourhood manager of the Pollards Hill community in Mitcham, South London. Anette’s new role entails managing the neighbourhood team at Pollards Hill and supporting them in the housing management of the neighbourhood. She will also be responsible for initiating and taking part in community development projects.
Prior to joining Moat, Anette worked for Impact Housing Consultancy as a housing consultant. Anette was attracted to Moat due to its reputation as a good employer and she relished the opportunity to influence and change a diverse community.
Anette is ready for the challenge and says; “I am excited about helping Moat to deliver change through improved neighbourhood management, in partnership with the local community.”
