The following is an agreed Joint Statement made between Axiom Housing Association and Boston Mayflower Limited.

Boston Mayflower and Axiom Housing Association have been in merger discussions to form a new Association.

The Board of Boston Mayflower met on Tuesday 9 December 2008 and concluded that they wished to withdraw from the process.

Axiom and Boston Mayflower remain on good terms and will continue to seek opportunities for joint working and shared learning.


Axiom stakeholders, shareholders, residents and tenants will receive a separate communication within the next few days.
