Invicta Telecare welcomes two new exciting partnerships with Orchard Housing Society and Epic Trust.

Part of Circle Anglia, Invicta Telecare is now the largest independent provider of Telecare services in the UK and provides vital support and technology to over 90,000 vulnerable people to help them live independently in their own home.

Residents living at Orchard House - a scheme of 60 flats owned by Orchard Housing Society - recently met with Business Development Manager, Brian Waldron, to discuss the option of Invicta Telecare providing a monitoring service during the evenings and weekends replacing the on site cover from a scheme manager.

After a vote the residents decided to opt for the change and Invicta Telecare started the new service on 1st December.

On behalf of group partner Epic Trust Invicta Telecare will also be operating a ‘Helpline’ to its Islington Families Project service users to help them with issues such as anti social behaviour or contact a duty officer.

Wendy Turner, Invicta Telecare’s Operations Director, said: “We are delighted to have the opportunity to work closely with both organisations and look forward to delivering a first class service.”
