Home Solutions, the Home Improvement Agency from leading disability charity, the Papworth Trust, has received 15 A grades as part of the National Quality Mark assessment. Both the Bishops Stortford and Harlow agencies received top marks in every area possible demonstrating the excellent service that is provided.
The National Quality Mark Scheme, an independent audit for quality of service, is now well established as an effective way of providing quality assessment of Home Improvement Agencies (HIAs). It is carried out every three years by Foundations, the National Co-ordinating body for HIAs and involves rigorous assessment including client visits and meetings with stakeholders.
Paul McCay, Director of Operations at Papworth Trust says: “We are delighted to have been recognised through this independent audit as it demonstrates our commitment and ability to provide a high-quality service that meets the needs of our clients.”
Papworth Trust Home Solutions provide practical housing advice and support for anyone who is disabled, has a learning difficulty, is older or on a low income. For more information, visit
