Erimus Housing Improves Repairs Productivity with QL Mobile

After a thorough evaluation of the marketplace, of their needs
and their user requirements Erimus Housing chose the QL
Housing system back in 2006.

As part of the solution they chose QL Mobile. Aareon
already had a prototype system in place but after looking into
Erimuss requirements in more detail it became clear that
more work would be needed to meet the organisations needs
exactly. Working in partnership Erimus Housing & Aareon
took time to specify, develop and deliver a Mobile Working
solution that matched Erimuss requirements.

Erimus have found enormous benefits from using QL Mobile
in the short period it has been in place. With over 2000 calls
a week and with over 70% of these being repairs calls they needed a solution that could
be used to manage repair requests in a more efficient way.

Erimus have used QL Mobile to empower their Repairs Operatives, so they are able to
plan their days more effectively to enable them to spend more time visiting tenants
properties. The QL Mobile solution enables each operative to receive the job on his/her
mobile device, to attend the job, assess the work and at the end of the day go straight
home rather than having to return to the office.
