This will be of interest to board members, chief executives and other members of your senior management teams.

 

We are delighted inform you about the morning seminar on the Charities Act and the recent rulings in the Southall Black Sisters case and R v Weaver case. The seminar is free and is being put on jointly between the FBHO and Lewis Silkin, one of the leading social housing law firms in London. The seminar is exclusively for members of the FBHO and is therefore tailored specifically to issues affecting BME associations.

The seminar will update you on the latest law and good practice in matters relating to the above including:
