On Thursday 9th October, everyone at Herefordshire Housing, including Colleagues, the Chief Executive, Directors and Board Members, will be out and about, calling on our customers across the county on what we are calling our Big Day Out.

The aims of this day are to find out more about who our customers are and to get a much better understanding of what they need from Herefordshire Housing. We want to do this by meeting with as many customers as possible.

It will be a chance for Herefordshire Housing colleagues who do not normally stray from behind their desks to see more of our estates and neighbourhoods, and to talk to our customers face to face. It will also give our customers a chance to meet the people who provide their housing services and to tell them about how it feels to be a customer of Herefordshire Housing.

By doing this, we will be in a much better position to shape our services according to our customers needs.
