At Herefordshire Housing we recognise that Anti-social Behaviour (ASB) is not limited to 9:00-5.00 which is why we have set up our new out-of-hours ASB line. This service will be available from 5:15pm through to 8.45am seven days a week.

The service will allow the complainant to report an incident when it happens which means they can provide details when they are still fresh in their mind. This is not an automated service, the complainant will speak to someone who will take details and provide advice. We will also record the conversation as it could provide additional evidence if this is necessary.

The report will be passed to either the Housing Officer or one of our ASB Officers the following working day who will contact the complainant to arrange a home visit or an office appointment, whichever the complainant prefers.

The out-of-hours line is an addition the methods we currently have to report ASB, these include personal visits, our day time phone numbers, in writing either by letter or the completion of a Nuisance/ASB report form or via email.

Our ASB out-of-hours number is for use by residents of Herefordshire Housing and for other residents who may have concerns about ASB issues at a Herefordshire Housing property.

Our ASB out-of-hours number is (01432) 384186. Available 5.15pm 8.45am.
