It has been a busy summer for the sales and marketing team at Moat. Due to recent market conditions, there are increasing numbers of people in housing need and Moat are doing everything possible to accommodate this demand, including expanding the sales and marketing team. Not only have several existing members of staff moved into new roles, but there have also been no less than three new appointments.
Stewart Huck joins the team as senior officer for Essex and Dartford, Sarah Dodd as senior officer for London and Toni Gifford as sales and marketing officer for Kent.
Stewart previously worked at Page and Wells Estate Agents in Larkfield as a property valuer and assistant manager. He is excited about the completely new environment Moat has to offer and the challenges involved with selling Moat new build properties.
Sarah comes to Moat from Manning Stainton in Leeds where she was assistant manager. Sarah says: I was drawn to Moat as it is a successful market leader in the housing industry and hope that my new role will challenge me with the varied tasks it will entail.
Toni Gifford joins Moat from Berkeley Homes Ltd as office manager and sales consultant. Toni says: I look forward to assisting Moat residents and helping them to become home owners.
