Connaught Partnerships has been appointed as a provider of response repairs and maintenance, voids and cyclical decoration to housing stock of Bromford Living, Fosseway Living and Bromford Support,
all part of the Bromford Group.
The 10 year partnership to the value of £6 million per year will deliver these services to more than 18,000 homes across a large geographical area.
Of the 18,000 homes, 13,000 are within the West Midlands and surrounding areas, creating more than 80 jobs for local people. Connaught is committed to employing locally so that the people visiting
customer’s homes can provide a reliable and efficient service by using their local knowledge of the areas.
The programme, which started on 1st April this year, has been developed with an emphasis on raising service standards for the customers of the Bromford Group, and improving customer
satisfaction.

repairs service for our customers.”

With the creation of the Partnership, Connaught will work with Bromford Group to ensure that customers receive the best service and that customers are at the heart of everything Bromford and
Connaught does.
