At the beginning of July 2008 several changes occurred within the sales and marketing team. Laura Bradley was appointed permanently as customer resource manager, Cheryl Tilbury moved into the role of customer resource team leader and David O Donovan became customer service advisor.
Laura was seconded to the role of customer resource manager six months ago to cover a colleagues maternity leave and looks forward to implementing new ideas and processes now that her position is permanent. She manages Moats HomeBuy Agency role and liaises with other housing associations in Kent, Essex and Sussex. Laura is responsible for ensuring Moats marketing literature and website contain up to date HomeBuy information. She monitors performance levels for the front line desk team who deal with enquiries and applications for the HomeBuy scheme.
Cheryl was also seconded to her new position in February 2008 and is delighted to be taking the role further now that it is a permanent position. She manages a small team of four customer advisors who work on the front line desk. Between them they deal with applications and enquiries for the HomeBuy schemes. Cheryl is excited about developing her management skills and style as well as building on relationships within the team.
Davids new role is also a secondment made permanent. He wants to develop the skills he has already learnt within the HomeBuy team and build a foundation for taking on more responsibility in the future. David processes both online and paper applications and advises people of the schemes available. He also answers general customer enquiries.
