Moat appoints new director of property services

Chris Ollier joined Moat on 2 June as director of property services. Chris new role entails directing, developing and continuously improving the delivery of property services for all Moat residents. He will be working closely with Moats housing management team to ensure residents needs are met and also with Moats development department to ensure that properties are maintained to a high standard.

 

Chris previously worked at the London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority with responsibility for the planned repair and refurbishment of London fire stations. He is a member of both the Chartered Institute of Builders and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and has 18 years of experience within the construction industry.

Chris is a returnee to Moat, having been with us from 1998 to 2001 when he ran Moat Housing Societys planned and responsive repair service. It is great to have him back!

Chris says of his new role: I am really enjoying my return to Moat and I look forward to continuing to build on our reputation as a leading housing association in the south east.
