Hyndburn Homes Repairs, a subsidiary of Hyndburn Homes, has recently ordered a new fleet of 40 vehicles the first 12 of which are now in service the remainder are to be in place by October.

The 40 new vans represent one part of the companys continued expansion. Jonathan Kenyon, Support Services Manager for the company said: Our new vans include a revised design and livery which will make us instantly recognisable as we undertake our daily business.

The vehicles will help us continue to improve our services to clients and we are developing our green credentials by using harvested water to keep them clean.

With 56 staff, most of whom are professional time served tradesmen and women, Hyndburn Homes Repairs is one of the biggest direct labour organisations in the area and currently maintains over 3,000 properties for Hyndburn Homes.

The vehicles represent a considerable investment by the company which continues to develop. This year Hyndburn Homes Repairs recruited additional staff from the local area to ensure it continues to offers Hyndburn Homes residents a high level of service.
