Due to continued business expansion, Norwich-based Cotman Housing Association will shortly be moving to new premises.
The Housing Association which owns close to 1,500 properties in Norfolk and Suffolk will be moving from its current office at St. Martins Lane in Norwich to the recently refurbished Bowthorpe Hall in August.
Centrally located close to the Associations general needs and sheltered housing schemes in Bowthorpe and Costessey, the new office will provide room for further growth for the Association, which last year saw the completion of over £6 million worth of new development, including 27 affordable family homes in central Norwich and a supported housing scheme of 12 flats in Great Yarmouth. A number of schemes are currently being built on behalf of the Association, with over £4.5 million worth of new homes due for completion within the next year.
Since moving to our current Norwich office in 2000, the Association has continued to develop and expand said Cotmans Chief Executive, Vivien Farrow. Moving to our new premises in Bowthorpe will ensure that we are in a perfect location to have easy access to all of our schemes, as well as a pleasant working environment for our staff and room for further expansion in the future.
The new offices will be officially opened by the Association in the autumn, following the move taking place in early August.
