If so Wednesday, July 16, will provide the perfect opportunity to have all your questions answered when Boston Mayflower hosts a special market stall in Boston's Market Place.
The housing association's staff will be available to answer all your queries, and offer the latest advice.
Mark Baldry, mortgage consultant for B and B Independent Mortgage Services Ltd, of Fountain Lane, Boston, will also be on hand to give out free independent financial advice during the day.
Mr Baldry said: "I hope to be able to offer various options, depending on different people's circumstances, in order to enable them to buy a foothold on the property ladder.
"The advice given will be completely independent and impartial."
General information about Boston Mayflower's Shared Ownership scheme will be given out from the market stall, which will be positioned near Boots.
Visitors will also be able to find out more about the affordable schemes Boston Mayflower has on offer in the villages around Boston - and the town centre.

Visitors will also be able to register their interest and leave their details - and take home information with 'no strings attached'.
The stall will be open from 10am to 3pm.
