More from Institute of Customer Service

In support of our aim to share authoritative customer service knowledge and provide networking opportunities for all customer service professionals, we have constructed a speaker panel of influential industry leaders.

Amongst the 16 strong speaker line up is Sarah Fogden, deputy director, service transformation implementation, delivery and transformation group, The Cabinet Office - an influential figure in the Cabinet Office and a woman with an incredible story.

Also this industry leading event presents stories and case studies from first direct, 02, edf energy, Sainsburys, University College London and Henley Management College. Kriss Akabusi will be closing the event with an engaging and inspiring story.

The event is being held 21-22 October 2008 at the Radisson Edwardian Hotel, Heathrow. Please contact us to find out more about this educational opportunity or visit icsconferences.com for the full programme
