More from Riverside Group

The Riverside Group has taken over whole ownership of Wave Homes after its partner Avebury went into administration.

Philip Key, Managing Director of Wave Homes, said: “Wave Homes was established five years ago as a public-private partnership involving The Riverside Group.

"We are delighted to now be owned by Riverside, with 80 years experience as one of the UK’s leading social housing and regeneration organisations.

"This acquisition will ensure Wave’s continued success and expansion throughout the UK.

“The Riverside Group prides itself on being innovative and Wave Homes provides a unique timber frame building system which offers high levels of insulation, air-tightness, minimal shrinkage and reduced thermal bridging specifically aimed at meeting the Code for Sustainable Homes and the Social Housing market.”

The various Wave solutions are suitable for flats, housing, key worker accommodation, elderly, retirement, extra care and student accommodation.

The Riverside Group owns or manages nearly 54,000 properties. This year the organisation is celebrating its 80th anniversary and being crowned Social Landlord of the Year.
