Aspire Housing is the latest housing association to join the Institute of Customer Service, on joining Aspire Housing said;

Aspire Housing recognises the benefits of being members of ICS and as we are currently in the middle of a major project which is reviewing our customer service function it made good sense to join at this time. We hope that membership will help to inform our review and our vision to achieve customer excellence. We are looking to provide our services from a new office located in Newcastle under Lyme town centre where customers can access a range of services and a new improved Customer Service Centre will also operate from there aiming to handle over 80% of customers calls at the first point of contact.

Aspire Housing is already taking advantage of its membership by attending the networking events and talking to other members about their Customer Service operations. We are also looking forward to using the benchmarking information in order to compare our performance levels.

Being members will help us to keep up to date with current issues and provide information about best practice both in and outside the housing sector.

Staff are keen to work towards professional recognition through ICS in the future.

ICS welcomes Aspire Housing as members and we look forward to working together.
