The Three Tenners!
REACHING the 10 year anniversary milestone is a commendable achievement, which is even better when the same milestone is shared with two special friends.
Staff at Liverpool Housing Trust (LHT) Customer Service Centre are celebrating their 10 year anniversary this month with Claire House Childrens Hospice and the Novas Scarman Group.
The team decided to throw a birthday party and donate the money raised to their chosen charity, Claire House Childrens Hospice, who opened their doors 10 years ago.
The venue for the celebrations was Liverpools very own Novas Contemporary Urban Centre run by the Novas Scarman Group, who are also celebrating their 10th anniversary this year.
This has come as a triple celebration for LHTs Customer Service Centre, not only are they celebrating their own achievements but are lucky enough to share their milestone with two of Merseysides much loved charitable organisations.
The LHT Customer Service Centre, part of the Vicinity Group has handled over 2 million calls since its launch. Achieving its highest performance results yet, during the last twelve months. In a recent customer satisfaction survey, satisfaction levels for service provision were an outstanding 94%, with the national average being 82%. More than 60% of customers rated the quality of services provided as excellent. The team have received some very positive feedback from customers about the services they provide.
Diane Evans, LHT Customer Service Centre Manager commented: We are committed to delivering excellent services to our customers. Everyone in the team has contributed to this success and we are all very proud of these achievements. Its a great way to mark our 10th Anniversary. Thats not to say we can stand back, weve still got lots more ideas and initiatives planned for the future and look forward to continuing to build on this success.
Diane added: Claire House Childrens Hospice is a charity very close to our hearts and we are all looking forward to supporting them, raising funds and having fun along the way.
The Customer Service Centre was initially set up as a result of the 1996 Tenant Survey, which revealed there was an overwhelming preference from customers to contact LHT by telephone, and therefore a need to provide an improved service.
Janet Ratcliffe, Head of Appeals at Claire House Childrens Hospice said: We are delighted that LHT has chosen to support Claire House Childrens Hospice. 2008 is an important year for us as well, as
we are currently expanding our hospice to home service in Liverpool and are planning to open an office in the city centre later this year.
Claire House opened its doors to children in December 1998, providing a service for children aged 0 - 23 years with life threatening or life limiting conditions and their families from Merseyside, Cheshire, North Wales and the Isle of Man
Michael Wake, co-founder of Novas Scarman Group said: We are delighted to be celebrating 10 years with LHT and Claire House, particularly during the 2008 Capital of Culture, highlighting the
strength of the voluntary sector and the pride local people have in working and living in the city. We are thrilled that LHT chose us as the venue for their 10th anniversary celebrations.
