Tracy Williams joins Genesis Housing Group next week as the new Deputy Director of Development.
Formerly employed as Director of Development and New Business at Aldwyck Housing Group, Tracy has had a career in affordable housing development spanning more than 25 years.
At Aldwyck, Tracy presided over the rapid expansion of the development programme and pipeline. This programme of landbanking, regeneration and mixed tenure integrated schemes included outright sale

It also included the formation of a subsidiary company, Lea Valley Developments, to take forward an expanded sales programme.
Tracy qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1992, and completed a Diploma in Management Studies at Putteridgebury School of Management in 2003.
Commenting on her new role, Tracy said: “I look forward to applying my skills and experience to Genesis’ innovative development programmes. There are new challenges in the sector and
it’s exciting to be joining an organisation of Genesis’ calibre at this time.”
Anu Vedi, Group Chief Executive at Genesis Housing Group, said: “Tracy’s wealth of knowledge and experience in affordable housing development management will be a powerful asset to
Genesis and we welcome her to this important role.”
