Jacqueline Thomas has been appointed as the new Deputy Director of Housing Services at PCHA, part of Genesis Housing Group.
Jacqueline returns to Genesis following three years as Head of Income Revenue at the London Borough of Lambeth. She has 20 years experience in housing, including 16 years at PCHA between 1989 and
2005 as a Housing Services Manager.
Her new responsibilities will include leading the day-to-day management of operations for PCHA Housing Services.
Commenting on her new role, Jacqueline said: “It’s an exciting time to be working at Genesis, with its large and innovative development programme. There will be challenges with managing
mixed tenure properties on a large scale and I will be responsible for many of the frontline services.
"I look forward to tackling these challenges head-on to ensure we continue to deliver excellent housing services for all our customers.”
Anu Vedi, Group Chief Executive at Genesis Housing Group, said: “Jacqueline brings valuable knowledge and experience in housing management to this key role.
"We are delighted that a former employee has sought to return and warmly welcome her back. I am confident that she will excel in this challenging role.”
