House sales on the Hopewell Farm estate in Ilkeston have been a roaring success with 35 sales due to be completed by November 5.
And sales are due to rocket further with seven more sales in the pipeline as people queue up to live up on the estate.
Brian Dodd, Director of the Ilkeston branch of Whitegates Estate Agents who are handling the sales for Three Valleys Housing, said: “The response from buyers has been very positive. There is a wide range of properties to choose from and they offer excellent value for money. I believe this has been a major factor in the strong sales on the estate.”
Phil Brailsford, Asset Manager for Three Valleys Housing, said: “Working with Whitegates Estate Agents has been a very positive experience. We are approaching £3 million in sales and their expertise has proved invaluable.”
