185 energy saving homes for Gloucestershire
A new development of 185 energy efficent homes is about to open in Gloucestershire.
Built by Barratt Homes, Hanham Hall is set in 12 acres of open landscape and includes play areas for children.
The original Grade II listed Hanham Hall has been refurbished as part of the development plans.
“What we have planned at Hanham Hall is a bespoke selection of one, two three, four and five bedrooms homes, built to suit all lifestyles,’’ said Barratt sales director Andrea Pilgrim.
Hanham Hall, which is owned by the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA), aims to create a high quality energy efficient and modern development on the site.
HCA Area Manager Jay Lambe said: “It has always been our ambition to deliver an exemplar community at Hanham Hall, which people will be proud to live in. It is great news that we are on track to deliver this ambition with the first homes due to be complete in a matter of weeks.
“Everyone has worked hard to deliver this project, which will bring superb new homes and opportunities to the area. I look forward to seeing the first homes open to the public.”
