Residents at an LHA-ASRA managed housing scheme inNorthamptonwere brought a spot of festive cheer by staff visiting on a customer service day.
Armed with mince pies and hot drinks, served in reception, LHA-ASRA housing officers visited every property at the landmark Newlife Apartments, inUpper Cross Street, to meet customers and discuss the service received.
An initial walk around with key partners included police, the children’s centre and local community development workers. A table was set up in reception offering residents the opportunity to meet, chat to and raise concerns with local councillors and police officers.
Sophie FitzHugh, service delivery manager at LHA-ASRA, said: “The day was aimed at introducing ourselves to our customers, to put faces to the voices they hear on the telephone.
“It was also about gaining feedback from our customers, to ensure that the services received are to the best possible standard.”
