Tribal is delighted to announce that Jonathan Garnett has joined the company as Managing Director for Education.

This is a new role, in which Jonathan will have operational and management responsibility for Tribal’s largest business stream and will provide strategic leadership for the full range of services that Tribal provides across the education sector.

Jonathan joins us from Nord Anglia where he was Managing Director of the Learning and Services Division. He was responsible for a business operating across multiple sites and sectors in the UK and Middle East, managing a number of significant and high profile contracts in education, youth services and defence. Under his leadership, annual contract win levels rose significantly, opening up new lines of strategic growth and expanding the international contract base.

Jonathan has been involved in the education sector for over 10 years, having formerly been Commander of the Army Foundation College and then responsible for managing and delivering a range of local authority outsourcing contracts.

Peter Martin, Tribal Chief Executive of Tribal said:

“Tribal is a UK leader in consultancy, professional support and delivery services to the education and skills sector and so I am delighted that someone with Jonathan’s knowledge and expertise is joining us.

“Jonathan’s strategic leadership across the business will continue to make us the partner of choice for both public and private sector organisations.”

Jonathan Garnett said:

“I am delighted to be joining the very talented Tribal team.

“The national and international focus on education improvement is exciting I and look forward to the growth and successes that the expertise of the team, coupled with the wider competencies from other parts of the Tribal Group, will be able to deliver over the next few years.”
