Housing director in court on drug charge
A director at Middlesborough-based Fabrick Housing Group has appeared at Newcastle Crown Court today accused of conspiracy to supply class A drugs.
Susan Thompson, 44, is the group director of operations for Fabrick, the parent company of Erimus Housing, based in Albert Road, Middlesbrough.
She has been charged along with four others, including her husband Paul Clive Thompson.
She pleaded not guilty to the charge of 'conspiracy to supply a controlled drug'.
The case has been adjourned until 10:30am tomorrow.
A Fabrick spokesperson said: "We're not commenting at this time because to do so could be considered contempt of court."
