Housing Officer (Homechoice)

£9,343 - £11,286

Part time job share 16 hours per week (Thursday & Friday), flexi-time

Within the Trust’s Homechoice allocations and lettings team, this role involves providing an excellent service to our customers advising them about their housing options and their housing prospects with the Trust and other landlords.

You will ensure that we prioritise our applicants for housing fairly in accordance with our Allocations Policy and customer service standards, whilst ensuring that we let our available homes efficiently together with demonstrating excellent working relationships with our partners and other teams within Willow Park.
