More from Moat

Moat is offering 30 new homes at Latitude Walk in Ashford, Kent. These brand new, high quality homes are available exclusively to those with connections to the local area. With homes available from just £26,875 for a 25% share, interested buyers should attend Moat’s open day on Tuesday 2 February between 10am and 4pm.

There are 13 x one bedroom apartments, 13 x two bedroom apartments and maisonettes and 4 x three bedroom maisonettes available on a ‘part buy / part rent’ basis. The government funded HomeBuy initiative helps first time buyers get a foot on the property ladder by purchasing a share of a new home – usually between 25 and 75%. At a later stage, further shares can be purchased until it is owned outright.

New homes at Latitude Walk benefit from their proximity to Ashford town centre and the newly built Couth Square shopping centre. Ashford International railway station is within walking distance (only 0.8 miles away) offering excellent access to London and beyond. In addition, each home available through Affinity Sutton and Moat and built by Osborne Homes is kitted out with a range of modern appliances and carpets. This makes them ideal for any first time buyer currently priced out of the housing market.

To book an appointment at the open day or for more information about Latitude Walk, please contact Mark Dorman, Moat’s sales and marketing officer on 0845 359 6485 or the sales and marketing team on 0845 359 6161 or visit www.moat.co.uk.
