Community Gateway Associaton's (CGA) and Preston City Council's Neighbourhood Management Teams Partnership Event held on the 11 July was hailed a success by residents, as people from all across Preston came to find out more about how CGA and it's partners are changing the face of neighbourhoods across the city.
