Three new regional directors are heading up the new William Sutton Housing Association.

Michelle Reynolds, Wendy Pretten and Julia Coulton have been appointed to the top-level posts at the national housing association.

Michelle, formerly director of housing and property at Ridgehill Housing Association, is the new regional director for London and South.

Wendy Pretten, formerly area manager for the North and West at William Sutton, is the new regional director for the North.

Julia Coulton, formerly performance and improvement manager with Places for People, completes the team as regional director for the Central region.

The trio will head up the housing management teams which together will look after more than  21,000 homes across 50 local authority in England, from Plymouth in the south to Newcastle-upon-Tyne in the north.

Paul Eastwood, chief executive of William Sutton Housing Association, said: “William Sutton is proud of its strong local focus and these three appointments will ensure that tradition is upheld on our estates across England.

“Michelle, Wendy and Julia bring a wide range of expertise to their teams and are committed to taking William Sutton forward as it grows and develops.”
