A BY-ELECTION is to be held in Little Neston ward following the recent death of Councillor Peter Cooper.
The election will be held on Thursday 5 October.
Nominations for candidates close at noon on Friday 8 September.
The seat being contested became vacant when Conservative councillor Peter Cooper died in July. Councillor Cooper had represented Little Neston ward for two years.
