Chairman's diary (Cllr Alison Cook ward member for Leigh and Chiddingstone Causeway)

Thursday 31 August – 12.30pm – Youth Zone, Fordcombe Cricket Ground

Friday 1 September – pm – Youth Zone, Dunton Green Recreation Ground

Saturday 2 September – 7.30pm – Kent Music School Concert, Maidstone

Sunday 3 September – 9.45pm – Opening of Lions Club Heavy Horse Show, Preston Farm, Shoreham

Monday 4 September – 2pm – Visit to Demelza House with the Mayor of Swale

Tuesday 5 September – 10am – Visit to Royal Artillery Museum, for tour and lunch with the Mayor of Greenwich

Wednesday 6 September – 10am – North West Kent Council for Voluntary Service AGM and lunch, Gravesham

Wednesday 6 September – 6.30pm – Village of the Year awards, Lenham Community Centre

Thursday 7 September – 11.30am – West Kent Extra AGM and lunch, St Julian’s Club

Thursday 7 September – 2.30pm – Volunteer Centre Tea at the Olympic in Swanley
