August bank holiday refuse collection arrangements

Due to the August Bank Holiday, refuse and clear sack collections during the week starting Monday 28 August 2006 will be one day later than usual.

This will mean that Monday's collection will take place on Tuesday, Tuesday's collection will take place on Wednesday until the end of the week when Friday's collection takes place on the Saturday.

Green waste collections will also be one-day later during this week.

To make sure refuse and green waste is collected, residents are requested to put their bags out by 7am.
