We currently have a fantastic permanent opportunity for a Director of Facilities and Property.
Based in Surrey our Client, a highly prestigious Further Education College, has just merged with another college and is looking for a strong experienced candidate to take the lead on the Major Capital Works Projects and oversee all aspects of property, facilities and accommodation.

This role will involve closely support and report to the vice principal in the planning/design/build of the new college buildings and services. direct the operation of the new buildings, making sure they are maintained and utilised to highest standard. Be responsible for the property services manager, team college services, h&s officer.


You will have Project and Moves Management and experience with contracts monitoring.
A knowledge of project management systems is essential with AutoCAD knowledge being desirable.
Experience within the Educational or Public sector is preferable

Location:South East
Salary:£50000 - £52000 per annum + package
