You will be an estimator, who is looking to develop their career and work on a variety of interesting projects, whilst maintaining all the benefits of working outside London.
Their work is largely 2 stage tender process work and so someone with either experience of this type of work or an interest in learning this would be desirable.

Willmott Dixon has won best construction company to work from the Contracts Journal for 2005 and 2006, they have done this by developing new staff through most of the senior positions within their business. They have a very positive attitude to training and giving people the skills to develop within the business.
The sectors they work in are generally: Local Authority: Education and health; Fitness centres, national government, hotel and retail.
