Our client a Leading Housing Association is looking for a project manager to oversee and manage the delivery of responsive repairs, void maintenance and the heating contracts to the Groups housing stock. Prepare and manage a variety of maintenance, improvement and repair contracts from inception to completion. This includes the tender process, contract administration, preparation of schedules, specifications and contract documentation, valuation and associated budget management. Manage partnering supervisor and technical assistant.
