We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Worker to join a leading mental health Charity based in West London. You will be working within a supported housing scheme for 10 residents with long term mental health issues:

Candidates for this position will need:
- A flexible approach to working on a 7 day rolling rota
- Previous experience conducting keyworking sessions

Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting clients with medium to high mental health issues
- Helping clients move on into independent accommodation
- Working closely with partnership agencies
- Updating and creating needs and risk assessments
- Advising on benefits
