Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• ?Manages and maintains client relationship and acts as the day-to-day contact.

• Keeps fully abreast of developments / changes within the external environment that directly impact the client.

• Generates project briefs, timelines and process documents

• Implements the timely delivery of effective services to the complete satisfaction of the client

• Independently manages a range of projects and provides input into more complex projects

• Organises regular project status meetings to track progress and keep the client updated

• Brief internal design team

• Responsible for generating and submitting estimates.

• On-going monitoring of budget using internal finance system and alerting client / senior members of the team to any potential overspend

• Responsible for accurate input of all hours worked onto timesheets on a daily basis

• Develops new business proposals for less complex projects

• Pro-active and responsive insight into client expectations and requirements

• Experience of managing accounts and relationships for multiple clients

• Experience of presenting to clients at a senior management level

• A good understanding of what it takes to maintain and develop the most productive client relationships

• Must be able to quickly understand the client and their service/product.

• Experience in project managing campaigns, co-coordinating team members, developing timetables and setting deadlines in order to achieve client objectives

• Excellent organisational and time management skills

• Ability to create and maintain accurate/accessible and organised documentation

• Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities

• Strong listening, questioning and communication skills

• Ability to effectively manage customer & staff relationships, promptly respond to queries, ensure promises are kept and manage expectations

• Ability to keep and maintain confidential information and client information

• Good working knowledge of full Microsoft Office suite

• Ability to produce intricate data and sales analysis

• Ability to work as a part of a team, contributing and sharing best practices/knowledge/resources and ideas
