Project Officer – SKILD Project - £25,320 p/a (Pay award pending) Full Time 35 hours per week, 1 year Contract, based in Cardiff or Llandudno Junction with travel throughout Wales

The Project Officer operates the SKILD Project in providing advice, information and training for tenants and Local Authorities about stock options and transfer issues. The work of SKILD focuses only on stock options/transfer issues with Local Authorities.

The ideal candidate would have an understanding of current housing issues, along with direct experience of working in housing, community development or training provision. The candidate would also need to have a full driving licence with access to their own transport.

A Welsh speaker is desirable, but not essential.
