Our client is offering a brilliant role for a Head of Development Services to be part of an exciting
new management team. Based in North London our Client, a highly prestigious further
Education Authority, is looking for a strong candidate to assist the Assistant Director of Estates
on the Capital Works Projects.

Duties will include assisting the Deputy Director to lead the implementation, management, and
delivery of the college's construction programme involving new build projects, major
refurbishments and a varied programme of identified work. Identifying and working with
external professional consultants and contractors to be engaged by the College to manage and
deliver individual projects. Must have Relevant degree or HND

Location:Greater London
Salary:£45 - £47.5 per annum + Final Salary pension, 33 days annual leave
Start Date:ASAP but will accept notice
