Centre Manager
Are you a Centre Manager? Would you like to manage a centre for a national training provider?

You will lead and manage a centre team in all Learning and Operational aspects of service delivery, in line with organisational objectives, contractual and financial targets and as directed by the Area Manager.

Main Tasks:
1.Lead Teaching and Learning to improve outcomes for all learners, ensuring learning is planned and delivered in line with curriculum and programme requirements
2.Create internal discipline and professionalism to include daily checks on the learning environment, session preparation, ensuring staff and learners are effectively engaged in learning
3.Lead and manage change and continuous improvement through effective self assessment and quality improvement planning and implementation
4.Provide appropriate learning opportunities
5.Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people accessing our services including pre 16 provision
