We currently have a fantastic permanent opportunity for an Assistant Director of Estates.
Based in North London our Client, a highly prestigious Further Education Authority, is looking for a strong candidate to take the lead on the Major Capital Works Projects. This will give the successful candidate the opportunity to really make their mark in a new management team as well as enjoying the very strong benefits that come with this role.
As a member of the senior management team of the department you will deliver and maintain a
quality service for the delivery of major capital development projects across two campuses and
lead the strategic development of the development services team including environmental
management. You will also be required to liaise closely with internal and external clients,
consultants and contractors in order to facilitate the successful progression of planned, reactive,
revenue and capital works and as directed periodically by the Director of Estates.
It is essential you have a relevant professional first degree, or RICS, CIOB or equivalent.

Location:Greater London
Salary:£48 - £55 per annum + Final Salary pension, 33 days annual leave
Start Date:ASAP but will accept notice
