Work for a community charity that proactively delivers a range of neighbourhood projects and training and development projects. They are looking for a Community Health Project Manager to lead on the development and delivery of a healthy living programme into the community. The post holder will be required to work three days per week in London.


ROLE:

- Write and agree partnerships with key delivery organisations
- Coordinate the development and delivery of the programme at various locations
- Recruitment of staff to aid in the delivery of the programme
- Identify opportunities for further funding


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Working with older people or health programmes within local communities
- Partnership working with delivery partners
- Project development, management and delivery
- Recruitment of staff
