We're currently looking for a Qualified Social Worker for a locum role within an older person's Community Mental Health Team in Herefordshire.

You will need to be GSCC registered and have experience of working within a mental health setting; preferably community based. Experience of working with older adult clients would also be highly desirable, and you will need to be able to implement a range of interventions, working alongside a multi-disciplinary team.
