Partnering Project Manager
Our Property Services Department are looking for an enthusiastic person to fill the position of Partnering Project Manager and oversee the Property Maintenance Services and Administration. This role requires an individual who can demonstrate experience of building and developing successful partnering relationships to achieve an excellent customer focused service.
The role
To oversee and manage the delivery of responsive repairs, void maintenance and heating contract to the Group's housing stock
To liaise with partnering contractors to ensure that effective responsive repairs services are provided within budget.
To suggest, develop and introduce innovations in order to enhance the working relationships with partnering contractors.
To produce regular reports on progress, to interpret and apply KPI information on a monthly basis.
The person
Experience of project management and contract administration
Knowledge of procurement, building contracts and model contracts
Effective professional leadership and line management skills/experience
Good knowledge of construction legislation
A able to produce related documentation, such as schedules and specifications.
Able to demonstrate excellent communication and problem solving skills
Able to manage and monitor budgets in a demand led service
