Senior Project Manager
Our Property Services Department are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic person to fill the position of Senior Project Manager who will report to our Head of Property Services and oversee the day to day management of Project Managers and Administration.
This broad ranging role requires an individual with management experience and a strong customer focus.
The role
To work in conjunction with the Property Services Management Team in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of the Group's reinvestment works as planned and on budget.
To ensure that our statutory, regulatory and legal duties are carried out in an effective and timely manner within budget.
To implement the operational plan focusing on the technical support, best practice and strong customer focus.
To produce regular reports on progress, to interpret and apply KPI information on a monthly basis.
The person
Experience of project management and people management
Knowledge of procurement, building contracts and model contracts, especially partnering contracts
Effective professional leadership and line management skills/experience
Able to demonstrate excellent communication and problem solving skills
Good knowledge of construction legislation
Up to date knowledge of building construction and regulations and housing legislation
The ability to analyse complex technical issues
Able to produce reports, specifications and undertake contract administration.
