A leading charitable trust has an exciting and challenging vacancy to take ownership and lead on a capital appeal for a retirement village in either Peterborough or Birmingham.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join the organisation and continue your already successful career in managing capital appeal projects.
Essential Criteria
Experience of Big Gift or Major Appeals
A proven track record in fundraising across a number of funding streams
Experience of influencing, persuading and negotiating
Ability to communicate with high profile individuals.
Self motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
Main Duties
Developing, implementing, managing fundraising strategy for the capital appeal
Researching and making structured applications to regional and local grant making trusts
Developing relationships with corporate partners, to maximise income
Building new partnerships with major regional/local organisations.
