A organisation in the heart of London are looking to recruit a hard and soft services Facilities Manager to work in their busy and fast pace building.

You will have previous experience in overseeing front of house, post room and have knowledge in maintenance and HVAC systems.

You will be managing 2 facilities assistants and an assistant Facilities Manager who will assist you in contract management and overseeing the soft services.

The ability to carry out health and safety risk assessments with NEBOSH as a desired qualification would be an advantage.

A service provider background is advantageous.

Location:Eastern (inc. Herts and Essex)
Salary:£30000 - £36500 per annum + Pension, Holiday, Mobile
